The FRANKLIN SCANDAL is the story of a nationwide pedophile ring that pandered children to a cabal of the rich and powerful. The ring’s pimps were a pair of Republican powerbrokers who used Boys Town as a pedophiliac reservoir, had access to the highest levels of our government, and connections to the CIA.
Book is at printer, shipping first week August!
Nebraska legislators nearly exposed the ring in 1990, but its unveiling had the potential to produce seismic political aftershocks: a rash of deaths and a full court press by federal and local law enforcement effected an immaculate cover-up.
State and federal grand juries in Nebraska and a former US Attorney for the District of Columbia played an integral role in the cover-up, and the author has had access to thousands of documents that would ultimately be sealed by the two grand juries. His documentation includes Omaha Police Department reports and internal memos, Nebraska State Patrol reports, Nebraska Department of Social Services reports, internal Boys Town reports, victim debriefings, hundreds of the ring’s airline receipts, etc.
The FRANKLIN SCANDAL will be the first book to tell the complete tale of a power elite pedophile ring in the US and also of the cover-up of its heinous crimes. Various news organizations have attempted to break aspects of this story, but the reports have either been ignored or mysteriously shelved. Major news agencies, including ABC, have backed away from pursuing this story; conversely, CBS abetted its cover-up. It’s obvious that very powerful people have a vested interest in safeguarding this secret.

Book Release Date, again ...
Book is at Printer — expected ship date August 3, 2009, means we will be shipping signed copies first week of August, should show up in stores by August 15, 2009.

Howdy one and all,
Sorry, but we have had to delay the release date of The Franklin Scandal from March to August. There are a variety of factors: some late changes in the manuscript by the author, TrineDay’s trusty editor, Dr. Becker has been ill, our campaign to pre-sell 3,000 books has sold less than 200, and the very real fact that it takes us six to seven weeks to physically get a hard-cover book produced. The most recent delay is because of having to add another process to our publishing cycle: a complete read by legal people. The book is coming out! We are truly sorry and hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience. Anybody, who would like a refund, or get a different book, or has changed their shipping address, please get ahold of me at

Our resolve on getting this very important book to print, in hard cover, has not dampened. We are working very hard to accomplish this, it just takes time.

Here is a note from author, Nick Bryant:
I want to thank everybody who pre-ordered a copy of The Franklin Scandal, and I’m extremely sorry for the delays concerning the book’s publication. In some cases, it’s taken me years to cultivate trust among those enmeshed in Franklin, because their trust is meted out slowly and cautiously. But as I’ve cultivated that trust, I’ve been the recipient of a cache of documentation. The new documentation has revolutionized my understanding of Franklin and also prolonged the writing process. I ultimately concluded that it was in the best interests of the story to hand TrineDay a manuscript that incorporated my new insights instead of meeting the book’s deadline—I greatly appreciate your patience, and I hope that you will be satisfied with the final product.
Again, thanks for your patience,
Yours, Nick Bryant

Are politicians being blackmailed?
This explosive question arises from the dynamic new book, The Franklin Scandal: Powerbrokers, Child Abuse and Betrayal by Nick Bryant, coming out in May 2009 from TrineDay.
The approval rating of the United States Congress hit an historic low of 12% in October and is currently under 25%, showing that the vast majority of citizens think the Congress is not serving us, the American people. The Franklin Scandal shows a reason why. There is another check-and-balance system in effect—one that has been hidden from the public: blackmail.
The Franklin Scandal exposes an illicit nationwide pedophile network and its ensuing cover-up. The victims (now adults) talk about flights all around the country, and there are hundreds of flight logs to back this up. The most frequent destination? Washington, D.C.—to a party house wired for pictures and sound.

“They” Don’t Burn Books Today, They Just Ignore Them…
We need your help to bust through the mainstream media blockade.
Many before us have tried to break the news about the Franklin Scandal, a terrible tale, the subject of an “underground” best-seller, and a television documentary that was yanked just before it was to air. The Franklin Scandal is all over the Internet, yet mainstream media will not touch the story. Innocent children are devastated, nothing is done and our republic is being corrupted because some of those in power are compromised.
Almost seven years ago, when assigned to do something “dark” for a major New York magazine, journalist Nick Bryant stumbled across the Franklin Scandal, wrote an article and, well … nobody would print it, and we mean nobody. All had a chance, but no one would. Nick, a successful and respected free-lance writer, represented by the William Morris Agency, could not find any publishing house that would support this probe.
